If you would like to fax your order, please include name, shipping address, a phone number, a valid credit card number, expiration date, and credit card billing address (if it is different from your shipping address.) The K9 Kalmer is made by Variety International Inc. We are located at 18 Technology Drive, Suite 150, Irvine, California 92618. If you live in the area, feel free to order in person and avoid paying a shipping charge. All returns may be made to this address. If the unit does not work on your dog we will refund your purchase price less shipping costs within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
